On the one hand, ONYX can use online monitoring of equipment dose to understand equipment performance and efficiency parameters, ensuring process reliability. On the other hand, it can also generate positive feedback to adjust output power, achieve energy savings, and reduce equipment operating costs.
Online UV dose monitoring must be real-time, accurate, and traceable.
I. Hardware Requirements:
1. Continuously measured UV intensity (I, mW/cm²)
2. Simultaneous acquisition of water UV transmittance (UVT, %)
3. Flow rate or residence time

1. 254 nm UV intensity probe (or 185/254 nm dual-band)
2. Online UVT meter, single-wavelength 254 nm, automatic temperature and turbidity compensation, flow-through cell type
3. Flow meter, electromagnetic/ultrasonic, ±1% accuracy | 4-20 mA output
4. Data logger, supporting Modbus/4G PLC or embedded ARM
5. Self-cleaning mechanism, mechanical (or ultrasonic) cleaning to prevent probe contamination and drift
6. Visual interface, real-time dose curve, lamp life, and alarms
7. Touch screen or SCADA interface
