Water ecological restoration project

China has entered a phase of environmental governance focused on water ecological restoration. Faced with complex and diverse water environmental issues, single governance measures are often ineffective. There is an urgent need to develop and apply efficient, green, and sustainable water treatment and restoration technologies.

Among the many technological approaches, green ultraviolet (UV) disinfection, ozone (O3), and advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) have shown broad application prospects in water ecological restoration, becoming a crucial technical support for improving water quality, reducing pollutants, and ensuring aquatic ecological safety.
