A new product specially developed for the Chinese market, the high-speed modular series is easy to install and implement. It can grab objects with a maximum weight of 10kg and a maximum width of 300mm. It is flexible, reliable and cost-effective.

The parallel sorting robot utilizes high-speed machine vision recognition and robotic attachments, allowing for flexible configuration based on material color, shape, and material.

III. Main functional features of the parallel sorting robot are as follows:

1. High speed and high acceleration: 120 sorting operations per hour in a circular working path The system boasts a gripping frequency of 10000 per minute (average operating speed of 2.5m/s); 8g transient acceleration ensures stable and precise start-stop operations.

2. High Precision and High Rigidity: The stable parallel structure provides superior structural rigidity and positioning accuracy compared to serial robots, with repeatability reaching 0.1mm.

3. Low Noise and Low Cost: Utilizing direct-drive motor technology, operating noise levels are <75dB. The system utilizes a modular design and boasts complete proprietary intellectual property rights, resulting in a price point half that of similar international products.

4. Highly Scalable: The system utilizes distributed networking technology, enabling parallel networking of multiple sorting robots.
