What should I do if the UV lamp in my UV system doesn't light up?

Check the power supply: Confirm that the main power and control power are connected and there are no tripped or damaged fuses.

Check the lamp connection: Ensure that the lamp plug is fully inserted into the ballast socket and is not loose or in poor contact.

Replace the lamp: If the lamp is damaged (such as a broken or cracked filament), replace it with a new one.

Check the ballast: If the ballast is faulty, replace it and retest.

Check the alarm message: Use the human-machine interface to identify the specific cause of the fault.

Note: Always disconnect the power cord and wear protective equipment during operation.
