From May 20 to 21, 2023, the 2023 (6th) Green Factory Management Conference was grandly held in Zhuhai. Co-organized by the Asia-Pacific Construction Science and Technology Information Research Institute Co., Ltd., the Green Factory Management Branch of the China Electronics Energy Conservation Technology Association, HVAC Magazine, Water Supply and Drainage Magazine, and Intelligent Building Electrical Technology Magazine, the conference was held. Over 2,000 participants participated in this event, which aimed to provide technical services for the high-quality development of my country's high-end manufacturing industry.

A total of 16 leading domestic and international industry experts and outstanding company representatives shared their insights on hot topics and challenges in green factory pure water and wastewater treatment technology from diverse industry perspectives. The conference venue was packed with attendees, who listened attentively.

ONYX participated in the Green Factory Conference, learning about the latest developments in specific industry sectors. The trip to Zhuhai was a highly fruitful one, as we further shared and discussed new technologies with customers and peers.
三. ONYX-Microelectronics Ultrapure Water TOC Degradation System
The EX-UPW-TOC series is an advanced and reliable system for degrading total organic carbon (TOC) during ultrapure water (UPW) preparation. Through its enhanced 185nm transmittance, real-time UV intensity monitoring, and local/remote intelligent control systems, it achieves rigorous and efficient TOC degradation. This equipment can reduce TOC levels in ultrapure water to below 1 ppb during the ultrapure water preparation process.


IV. ONYX - Zero Industrial Wastewater Discharge
ONYX actively responds to national policies and is committed to industrial water recycling and near-zero industrial wastewater discharge. For organic wastewater in the electronics industry, our Photo-Fenton technology can be applied to pretreatment and deep treatment stages, as well as Photo-Fenton-based zero-discharge solutions. It has significant effects on the treatment of non-complexed and complexed metal-containing wastewater, the detoxification of cyanide-containing wastewater, and the degradation of organic wastewater.


Photo-Fenton technology introduces 200-500nm light source irradiation into the traditional Fenton reaction system. Through light irradiation, it accelerates the degradation rate of various pollutants and synchronizes the photochemical reduction of Fe3+ to Fe2+, thereby achieving continuous reuse of Fe2+ and reducing sludge production and the addition of reagents. In addition, certain iron complexes will generate light radicals under the action of ultraviolet rays, further promoting reaction efficiency.
