Yuelu Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II Expansion Project

Our company provided a UV disinfection system for the Changsha Yuelu Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrading and Expansion Project, Changsha's largest wastewater treatment plant.

The project's civil engineering was designed based on a long-term average flow rate of 600,000 tons/day, and the equipment was configured based on a near-term average treatment capacity of 450,000 tons/day. The coefficient of variation was 1.30, and the effluent standard met the Class IV surface water standard (i.e., fecal coliform count ≤ 1,000 cells/L). UV disinfection was used at the tail end of the plant. This project serves the needs of residents in Yuelu District and the High-tech Zone in Hexi District. The effluent quality will leap from Class B to Class A, reaching a near-Class IV standard.

This project's stable operation and effluent quality met the standards, earning it a mention in Hunan Economic and Television News. As a prime example of Hunan's efforts to expand wastewater treatment infrastructure, Anlis is helping to make Changsha's water cleaner.
