Low Pressure Amalgam Lamps
ONYX low-pressure amalgam lamps are world-leading, covering a full power range from 30W to 1000W, including two types: mercury pill amalgam lamps and mercury point amalgam lamps. The unique mercury pill amalgam technology enables low-pressure amalgam lamps to be installed horizontally, vertically or at various angles.
1. ONYX low Pressure amalgam lamps maintain stable, high UV output intensity over a wide water temperature range (4-40°C).
2. ONYX low Pressure amalgam lamps offer higher UVC output, especially when dimming.
3. The high-temperature resistance of the lamp wall ensures high UV output intensity regardless of mounting orientation (vertical, horizontal, or tilted).
4. ONYX low Pressure amalgam lamps for disinfection are low-pressure, high-intensity UV mercury lamps, all with preheat start.
5. The lamp base is a single-ended, four-pin design, available in standard and ONYX stepped styles.
6. The lamp filament features a clip-on design and a unique curled design for shock absorption.
7. The UV disinfection lamp is an ozone-free lamp manufactured from a quartz glass tube that shields 185nm radiation while remaining highly transparent at 253.7nm (254nm). Approximately 95% of the UV energy emitted is at a peak wavelength of 253.7nm (254nm), the optimal wavelength for sterilization and disinfection.
8. The average lifespan of the UV lamp under normal operating conditions is ≥16,000 hours. At the end of this lifespan, the UV output intensity should be no less than 85% of that of a new lamp (at 254nm).
