The stable operation of UV disinfection equipment relies on a variety of auxiliary spare parts, covering three major systems: electrical connections, mechanical cleaning, and intelligent control. Although these spare parts are not core light-emitting/sensing components, they are crucial for ensuring the equipment's waterproofness, automation, and long-term reliability, and require regular maintenance and timely replacement.
1. Electrical Connections
Lamp Cord (Lamp Tube Cable):
High-temperature resistant (-60°C to 200°C), double-shielded to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Single-ended four-pin connector mates with lamp holders, IP68 waterproof connector for leak-proofing.
Lamp Cover (Lamp Tube Protective Cover):
Fluorocarbon rubber sleeve encases the lamp tube electrodes to prevent arcing and moisture corrosion.
2. Mechanical Cleaning
Cleaning Drive System:
Cleaning Cylinder: Pushes the cleaning ring to scrape the quartz sleeve. Stainless steel cylinder body, corrosion-resistant, with a stroke accuracy of ±0.5mm.
Drive Air Pipe: Delivers compressed air to the cylinder. Made of PUR (oil/ozone resistant), with a pressure resistance of 0.8MPa.
Air Compressor: Provides an air source (0.6-0.8MPa). Quiet, oil-free design, with an exhaust volume of ≥100L/min.
3. Intelligent Control
Module Controller: Independently manages a single group of lamp ballasts, supporting power adjustment (50-100%) and fault isolation.
PLC and Touch Screen (HMI): The PLC performs logic control (such as cleaning cycle/dosage calculation), while the HMI provides parameter settings and alarm interfaces.
