Sealing rings and sealing accessories are core protective components of UV disinfection equipment, fulfilling triple functions: waterproofing and leak-proofing, isolating air, and securing the quartz sleeve.

Their performance directly impacts equipment sealing, lamp life, and operational safety. The sealing accessories provided by Anlisi UV equipment meet stringent requirements for long-term resistance to UV radiation, high temperatures, chemical corrosion, and durable elasticity.

1. All ONYX sealing components are made of antioxidant and UV-resistant materials.

2. They have a wide operating temperature range and are resistant to sudden high temperatures (when the lamp is started).

3. They are resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, chlorine, ozone, and organic solvents in wastewater.

4. The design life of sealing components is ≥ 3 years or 24,000 hours (whichever comes first). The main failure modes are hardening cracking and permanent deformation.

5. Do not scratch the sealing groove during disassembly. Apply silicone-based grease before installation to improve sealing and prevent sticking.

6. Spare seals must be stored away from light and moisture.
