ONYX mainly uses high-output UV lamps for small UV disinfection reactors, such as some models in the EX-Ue, EX-U, EX-L, One-UV and other series of UV disinfectors.

1. The diameter of the ONYX UV disinfection low-voltage lamp is only 15mm, making it suitable for small reactor system designs and offering high design flexibility.

2. The low-voltage lamp is a low-pressure, high-intensity UV mercury lamp, all of which utilize a preheated start-up method.

3. The UV lamp caps used are single-ended, four-pin, available in standard and Anlisi stepped types.

4. The lamp filament utilizes a clip-on design with a unique curled design to protect against vibration.

5. The UV disinfection lamp is ozone-free and manufactured from a quartz glass tube that shields 185nm radiation while maintaining high transparency at 253.7nm (254nm). Approximately 95% of the UV energy emitted is at a peak wavelength of 253.7nm (254nm), the optimal wavelength for sterilization and disinfection.

6. The average lifespan of the UV lamp under normal operating conditions is ≥ 12,000 hours. At the end of this lifespan, the UV light output intensity should be no less than 80% of that of a new lamp (at 254nm).
