Online UV dose monitoring must be real-time, accurate, and traceable.
I. Hardware Requirements:
1. Continuously measured UV intensity (I, mW/cm²)
2. Simultaneous acquisition of water UV transmittance (UVT, %)
3. Flow rate or residence time

1. 254 nm UV intensity probe (or 185/254 nm dual-band)
2. Online UVT meter, single-wavelength 254 nm, automatic temperature and turbidity compensation, flow-through cell type
3. Flow meter, electromagnetic/ultrasonic, ±1% accuracy | 4-20 mA output
4. Data logger, supporting Modbus/4G PLC or embedded ARM
5. Self-cleaning mechanism, mechanical (or ultrasonic) cleaning to prevent probe contamination and drift
