Extrem Medium pressure UV Disinfection System

The Extrem-SY medium-pressure series features a single-lamp design with integrated inlet and outlet flanges, making it a compact medium-pressure UV disinfection device. Made of 316L material with an electrolytic polish, it is available with a variety of medium-pressure lamp options. It also includes an online UV intensity meter and temperature sensor.

For the disinfection of swimming pool water and recreational water, it effectively addresses the issue of traditional low-pressure UV disinfection devices being ineffective against certain pathogens, such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia lamblia, due to their low dose.

High Disinfection Efficiency:

Medium-pressure UV lamps have a broad wavelength spectrum of 200-400nm, achieving a disinfection rate of 90% to 99.999%. The ONYX-Extrem medium-pressure series benefits from the wide spectrum and high dose of medium-pressure UV. This effectively controls both insects and bacteria, achieving a 5-6 log kill rate, effectively ensuring swimming pool water safety.



Contact and Sensory Needs:

It produces no pungent odors, such as those associated with chlorine disinfection, and does not irritate the eyes, nose, or throat, thus benefiting the sensory needs of pools and water features. It also reduces combined chloramines by 50% or more. Combined chlorine is the primary cause of eye burns and pungent odors, leading to respiratory infections and eye redness and swelling.

技术原理

紫外线消毒技术利用紫外光（波长 254nm）破坏微生物 DNA/RNA 结构，使其丧失繁殖能力，从而达到杀菌目的。与化学消毒相比，紫外线消毒无需添加化学药剂，不产生消毒副产物（DBPs），杀菌效率高（对细菌、病毒、芽孢均有灭活作用），接触时间短（仅需数秒），是一种物理消毒方式，安全环保。

安力斯紫外设备采用优化的反应器水力设计，确保紫外剂量均匀分布，配合自动清洗系统维持灯管透光率，实现长期稳定运行。设备支持在线紫外剂量监测和实时运行状态反馈，可无缝接入现有 SCADA 系统。
