WSH UV Disinfection System

The ONYX-WSHI product is designed for channel installation and features a co-current lamp design with the water flow. It incorporates innovative technologies, including ballast water cooling, online mechanical cleaning, adjustable UV output intensity, and CFD flow simulation, significantly simplifying operation and maintenance.

The ONYX-WSHI complies with GB/T19837-2019, "Urban Water Supply and Drainage Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment," and has passed microbial testing to verify that the UV dose meets the requirements for inactivating E. coli and fecal coliforms.

The Class A UV dose is >20mj/cm², and the recycled water UV dose is >80mj/cm².

Horizontal Lamp Installation:

The UV lamps are positioned horizontally with the water flow. Each module contains eight 320W lamps. The optimal lamp-ballast match and the water-cooled ballast improve the lamp's effective output and maintain stability, increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency by 5-8%.

Unique in China: 

Ballast water cooling technology, underwater integrated design

The ballast is sealed in the module and cooled naturally by flowing water, eliminating the need for external air cooling or a separate air-conditioning room. The electronic ballast is sealed to IP68, doubling its lifespan.

Automatic cleaning system:

It uses online mechanical cleaning combined with chemical cleaning. The cleaning drive system is pneumatically driven to prevent contamination from hydraulic oil leakage. Cleaning does not affect the normal operation of the disinfection system, and the cleaning frequency can be adjusted on site.

Adjustable output power:

Adjustable within the range of 50%-100%, it not only ensures the effective output of UV light but also saves energy and is environmentally friendly.

IoT Control:

The device provides real-time access to information on lamp operation, including UV intensity, current, and voltage. It also connects to various water quality monitoring signals, such as residual chlorine and flow rate, allowing the device's UV lamp output power and on/off to be adjusted based on actual water quality signals.

On-site device operation status can be viewed on PC and mobile devices, providing real-time access to device information.

技术原理

紫外线消毒技术利用紫外光(波长 254nm)破坏微生物 DNA/RNA 结构,使其丧失繁殖能力,从而达到杀菌目的。与化学消毒相比,紫外线消毒无需添加化学药剂,不产生消毒副产物(DBPs),杀菌效率高(对细菌、病毒、芽孢均有灭活作用),接触时间短(仅需数秒),是一种物理消毒方式,安全环保。

安力斯紫外设备采用优化的反应器水力设计,确保紫外剂量均匀分布,配合自动清洗系统维持灯管透光率,实现长期稳定运行。设备支持在线紫外剂量监测和实时运行状态反馈,可无缝接入现有 SCADA 系统。
